iSign® Suite
iSign is a versatile and powerful software developer's kit for implementing applications
using electronic ink, electronic signatures, biometric signatures and basic cryptography.
This toolkit enables software developers to create legally compliant electronic
signature and biometric authentication systems for a wide variety of enterprise
applications.
iSign provides electronic ink capture and display, signature verification, encryption
and ink compression as well as other algorithms that can add competitive and performance
value to a wide variety of vertical applications as well as document and transaction
based applications.
The latest release of iSign brings together CIC's development tools in a single
installation making it even easier for our developers to build applications which
use one platform for the capture of a signature and another for the display, reporting
or biometric authentication. So whether you are building an application to run on
a Windows Pocket PC device, on a Windows workstation, or on a Windows-based or J2EE
Java-based server*, this toolkit has what you need.
The iSign Suite includes:
- iSign.Net SDK - iSign.Net is a Microsoft .Net Framework compatible
software development kit (SDK) for implementing Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business
to Business (B2B) solutions that utilize handwritten signatures or electronic ink
over on a thick client or a Internet browser-based client. iSign.Net provides real
time signature capture, verification and binding as well as ink display and data
hashing using the SHA or SHA-1 algorithms.
- iSign Java SDK - iSign Java is a software development kit (SDK)
for developers of ink-centric applications, applets and J2EE web-based systems.
iSign Jaba provides API function for tasks as capturing and displaying ink from
a user, redisplay and resize ink, compress and encrypt ink data, creating user templates
for signature verification.
- iSign Windows SDK - iSign Windows Controls are ActiveX-based controls
for implementing Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) solutions
that utilize handwritten signatures or electronic ink over the Internet browser.
iSign Windows provides real time signature capture, verification and binding as
well as ink display and data hashing using the SHA or SHA-1 algorithms.
