Nhan T. Nguyen PhD
Chief Scientist and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Nguyen joined CIC in January 2011. Dr. Nguyen possesses over 20 years of professional experience in information technology, transaction processing, and diverse computer science technologies. Under Dr. Nguyen's leadership, CIC is working on expanding the reach of its technology from large financial institutions to small and medium enterprises and consumers, and from the execution of business contracts to identity management and mobile payment solutions.

Dr. Nguyen's experience includes product development, design, architecture and programming, as well as technology operations for high volume transaction processing service companies. From Fortune 500 companies to start ups, Dr. Nguyen has implemented and deployed products and services for the brick and mortar, as well as for online and mobile businesses. Dr. Nguyen's visionary leadership at start-up companies, including Pay By Touch, Yodlee and iPin (now Aepona), together with his experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as Bank of America and TRW (now Northrop Grumman), uniquely positions him to take CIC's best-in-class electronic signature solutions to the next level.

Dr. Nguyen holds a PhD in Computer Sciences with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence from the Universite de Pierre et Marie Currie, Paris VI.
