Mr. Goren Joined CIC in December 2010 and has been a Director of the Company since August 2010.

Mr. Goren is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Group, a private equity firm and CIC’s largest shareholder. Mr. Goren has over 11 years of experience in private equity investing and working with management teams in growing and restructuring their businesses. Mr. Goren is also Board Member of Xplore Technologies Corp., a leading provider of rugged Tablet PCs., and held prior positions as Vice President of Shamrock International, Ltd., a private equity firm part of Roy Disney’s holding company, and of Madison Capital Group (USA), LLC, a boutique investment bank focused on restructuring.
