Mr. Gilbert was appointed as a Director of the Company in October 2011. He has practiced law for over 45 years and is a leading expert in estate administration and planning and in tax planning.

Mr. Gilbert is Founder, President and owner of Stanley L Gilbert PC, and his prior experience includes being a partner of several law firms, including Bell Kallnick Klee and Green, and Migdal Pollack Rosenkrantz and Sherman. Mr. Gilbert serves as Director of Planned Giving at Columbia University Medical Center’s Nathaniel Wharton Fund.
