Position: Inside sales executive
We are an established Silicon Valley software company based in Redwood Shores, CA
with a proven history and recognized industry leadership on the verge of market
takeoff. The candidates we seek must flourish in our fast paced, opportunistic,
post missionary / pre take off environment. Sold to the large Enterprises and ISV's,
our product offerings include eSignature technologies and architectures that leverage
document and content management technologies. Our sweet spot vertical is Financial
Services.
Over the past several years, CIC has emerged as the leading supplier of electronic
signature solutions for the Financial Industry. CIC technology enables enterprises
to fully execute BPA initiatives resulting in truly paperless workflow and legally
binding electronic transactions. That leadership is evidenced by our worldwide deployments
at leading financial institutions including such companies as: AGLA, Charles Schwab,
Prudential Insurance, State Farm Insurance and Wells Fargo Bank.
Five years minimum experience with a proven track record of generating sales of
software to the financial services industry. Specific experience in selling document
management/workflow and content management software is desirable. The candidate
must have proven talent and skill set associated with selling to business side,
compliance and IT decision makers. Though technically competent and an excellent
presenter, this candidate is highly versed in situational conversations required
to relate to business decision makers; has proven ability to rapidly assimilate
high tech software products & technology; can interact and sell effectively
at all. Candidate must be solutions/ROI focused, application & usage oriented;
innate ability to sell to both logic and emotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect effectively on a daily basis to build a healthy rolling three quarters
pipeline
- Identify, develop, direct, manage and close new business opportunities
- Building quality relationships at all levels
- All steps in sales process including target account prospecting, lead qualification,
influencing customer requirements definition, presentations, webinars, demonstrations,
orchestrating technical staff requirements
- Maintain a selling knowledge of competitive offerings and industry trends and directions
- Creating compelling value proposition with heavy emphasis on Risk Mitigation, Accurate
revenue forecasting and effective pipeline development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year proven track record of over quota achievement closing net new strategic
level accounts while getting more sales out of existing customers
- Software sales experience in a solution/consultative selling environment with products
that change and improve existing business processes and practices
- Executive level selling skills including bearing presence, excellent people, communication
& relationship skills, team player able to win trust and confidence of others,
focus and drive a team effort
- Strategic thinker with ability to organize & execute at tactical and strategic
selling levels
- BS/BA degree in business, marketing or relevant technical field highly desirable
